From the start to completion, what Colin said, he did! He gave us a quotation, which we was happy with for tanking in our utility room.

He was professional from the very beginning. I received quotes from 3 companies, Colin seemed the most knowledgeable and instilled me with confidence. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand and when I was investigating option he offered advice and pro/ cons even suggesting options which cost less (something other companies rarely seem to do). Colin was even available for advice over the phone when I had questions a few months after he had completed the work. He turned up on time, worked really hard and cleared up at the end of each day. Well, where do I start? I had several other people come round and quote me and I felt uncomfortable from the start, then Colin came round and it was like I had knew him for years, he also put my mind at ease with all the damp issues I had, where as others just seem to want to take my money. Colin explained the full process of what would happen and how the treatments would work.

Colin and his team are fantastic, they turn up when they say they will and get straight on with the job. Before the job started, we were worried about how much mess we were going to be going through, the team set to work and each day a thorough clean up was performed and we were left with no mess. Every day was a pleasure to have Colin and his team in the house.

Colin’s quality of work is absolutely first class, nothing is too much for them, they are a fast paced team with 100 percent attention to quality. I cannot recommend Colin and his team highly enough, I have since recommended him to several people and will recommend him in the future.

I would fully recommend SPS Midlands. This is the second property that Colin has done for me. Colin is very professional and he explains the cause of the damp problem and how he will rectify it.
